The through line

The title has changed. The standard has not.

Strategy without distance. Technical depth without tunnel vision.

I've spent more than two decades moving toward larger responsibility—from field systems and support, to engineering, consulting, entrepreneurship, healthcare leadership, and enterprise IT.

The work is always both technical and human: make the risk clear, make the plan practical, and give people the confidence to execute it.

Calm under pressure

During the 2024 CrowdStrike outage at Sidney Health Center, Devon took command of the recovery and directed the team through the night. By the next shift, most staff were unaware a disruption had occurred.

“I give my highest recommendation without reservation and would gladly work with him again.”

Founder’s perspective

Built it. Grew it. Knew when to hand it forward.

QuickMSP began in 2018, later merged with Gordon Tech Solutions to become Proactive Tech Wiz, and grew into a healthcare-focused MSP supporting more than 1,000 users across two states. Devon led technology and delivery; his partner led sales and marketing. In December 2025, Devon sold his ownership to that partner.
